Simply use your pointing device to "click" on the first letter for the item you are searching for and then just scroll down to the entry you are looking for.
A page is given for numbered entries (like 9 Star Combine).
Numbered entries are also cross indexed from the word spelling (Nine Star Combine points to 9 Star Combine).
