Valhalla Military have declared a major victory over the Valhalla First terrorists yesterday. According to military sources, a patrol came across a large, well defended structure on a large glacier on the southern ice-cap. When they came under fire they pulled back and requested backup. Forces were scrambled from both Southern and Northern Polar Bases, whilst Grav Tanks from the surrounding area were called in.
The fighting was fierce, but before nightfall, the base was captured by government forces. Six VF Dropships and two Grav Tanks were captured, and 267 terrorists captured or killed. No reports of government losses were available. Although this news gladdens the heart, it is worrying that VF is growing confident enough to invest in such a centralised structure.
