The intention of the VE webmaster, is to make this website accessable to everyone. Frames, Flash, JavaScript only navigation and picture-only links have been avoided to assist search tools. So if you use an older browser or have disabled JavaScripts, style sheets, or pictures you should be able to use almost all of the site. Pages that require you to have special features to use them (like JavaScript or a Yahoo ID) are indicated in the links. WAP browsing is not yet supported.
If your browser supports ToolTips (or Bubble Help) then every time you point at a link you'll get infomation. Usually links to pages in the same section give just the page name; links to other sections give a description similar to the location bar of the destination page. A few links, intended for newbies, have a longer description.
To assist browsers with Bookmarks (or Favorites) every page on this site has a different name. If you bookmark several pages from this site you should not have to worry about overwriting one bookmark with another.
