This information is hereby released under a 'limited licence'. The licence allows VE 'players' to reproduce content
while protecting the rights of Virtual Eclipse.
Please note that Virtual Eclipse remains the owner of the documents covered by this licence and may revoke or amend the
licence at any time. The licence remains in force only as long as it is displayed:
- On this website (please bookmark this page),
- On the Virtual Eclipse Yahoo! Group or
- On any Virtual Eclipse website that replaces this one
If you can no longer find this version (1.0) or a later version of this licence online then you should assume that it
has been revoked and that your rights under the licence have been removed.
Virtual Eclipse Players
A Virtual Eclipse 'player' is:
- Anyone who is a member of the Virtual Eclipse club,
- Anyone who has attended at least one event organised by the Virtual Eclipse club or
- Anyone who has booked a place at one of our forthcoming events

- All of the documents in the Science Fiction Section of this website and
- All of the documents in the Role Playing Section of this website
Note: These documents have 'scifi' or 'roleplay' as part of their URL
Documents excluded by the licence
- Any documents in the above sections that are covered by a separate licence (eg the OGL),
- All of the documents in the Virtual Eclipse Section of this website
- All of the documents in the Club Section of this website
Your rights under the licence
- You may make a personal copy any or all of the documents covered by the licence
- You may print out any or all of the documents covered by the licence
Restrictions under the licence
- The documents remain the property of Virtual Eclipse and you must not remove our copyright notice
- You may only use the documents covered by this licence in connection with Virtual Eclipse events
- You may not sell or distribute any of our documents in any other commercial manner
- Any game material developed using the Virtual Eclipse Science Fiction Universe is jointly owned by Virtual Eclipse
and the author and may be reused freely by our game designers or website authors
