Who are the members of Virtual Eclipse?

We are a group of people with a background in role playing and Lazer Tag.

Where is Virtual Eclipse?

Virtual Eclipse is not actually in one place, most (but not all) of our members live in the South East area of the United Kingdom. Our LARP games are usually run in South East England but we will travel further north and west if we locate good LARP sites.

When did Virtual Eclipse start running games?

Our first test game was back in 1996 and was a free form tabletop game.

How did we meet up?

Almost all the founder members went to a Wedding. On the day there was also partial solar eclipse, after the wedding photos were taken we were watching the eclipse, and someone said "lets get together later to talk LARP".

Why did you set up Virtual Eclipse?

We wanted to be involved in a science fiction game where all players could create, planets, organisations, and even game plots.

What does the name Virtual Eclipse mean?

We picked the name because our games are imaginary and we were born during an eclipse.
