Virtual Eclipse Club AGM & EGM Notification

Virtual Eclipse is a club owned by its members. Every year we have an Annual General Meeting to elect the next years committee and vote on the way our club is run. In certain circumstances we may also need to arrange an Extraordinary General Meeting between AGMs.

All club members will recieve notification of AGMs and EGMs and any proposed changes to the society from the committee - Please note that members are allowed to make proposals on the day. This page has two purposes:

1. A reminder of the details sent out by the committee will be given here.
2. Documents relevant to the meeting will be suplied here (For example: a map of the AGM location).

As of today, 5th August 2004, the date of this years AGM has not yet been announced.

Sometimes meeting details and proposals by members are given out at very short notice. Look at the Virtual Eclipse Yahoo! Group for newsflashes.
